Internet Explorer and Firefox currently do not support HTML 5 Time and Date input fields. When using these browsers time and dates must be entered in "Wire Format" ie. Dates are entered as YYYY-MM-DD while times must be entered in 24 hour format (00:00 to 23:59). Other HTML 5 compliant browsers will use the Date and Time Formats as configured on your local machine!
